Buddhism is not a religion,

It is an education

''To learn Pure Land education is to care for others, to think beyond oneself, and to let go of selfishness.

This is the principle of the universe—the truth, the right path.

When we live by it, we free ourselves from suffering and illness.''

To cultivate kind thoughts, speak with compassion, do good deeds, and become better people

存好心,説好話,行好事,做好人

this is the heart of Pure Land Buddhism.

Have you ever wondered what happens after death?

Do you know the suffering that life brings?

Much of human suffering comes from impermanence—

and from not being able to control our own lives.

At Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre,

it is possible to elevate our spirituality and

communicate with all beings across space and time.

Most importantly, you can discover where we go after death.
And there is a very straight forward path to the Western Pure Land!

There is a way out !!!

Where is the way out?

Reciting this one name—Namo Amituofo—is the way out.

Most people must face death and continue the cycle of rebirth.

But Namo Amituofo learned from Lokeshvararaja Buddha and discovered that through practising Buddhist teachings, we can be free from aging and illness, our spirit can remain undying, and we no longer need to be reborn. We can return to the Western Pure Land!

Each of us can become a Buddha, too!

Together with Namo Amituofo,

we vow to guide all beings toward awakening.

Who is Namo Amituofo?

Long ago, Namo Amituofo was a king. He follow his teacher, Lokeshvararaja Buddha, listening to his teacher with all his heart. Through his teacher’s wisdom, he discovered a profound truth:

Human beings can cultivate themselves!

There is a path to freedom!

We can escape suffering, overcome aging and illness, and be reborn in the Western Pure Land.

With this realisation, he gave up his throne and chose the monastic path—devoting himself fully to learning the Buddhist teachings.

In Essence: The Way Out

Everyone will die eventually, and no one is truly in control.

But when we practice Pure Land Buddhism sincerely—following the Infinite Life Sutra and living by moral principles—we begin to take charge. Our spirit can live on!

Freedom from suffering begins with inner transformation.
To be truly free from suffering and find lasting peace, one must transform their character.
To fully awaken and attain Buddhahood, the mind must release attachments and wandering thoughts.

Only compassion remains—pure, boundless compassion.
