Part 1:
Welcome to Buddhism!

Buddhism is an education—a path that reveals the truth of life, the mind, and the heart.

It teaches us about the deeper meaning of life’s existence— Truth of life beyond this planet and even beyond the universe.

It also shows us that genuine happiness is possible in this very lifetime.  :)

Embrace the Truth, Embrace your Inner Light.

Rather than pure worshiping, Buddhism offers guidance toward spiritual awakening.

Attaining Buddhahood—and uplifting others along the way—is not only possible, but deeply meaningful.

Why Become a Buddha?

The Buddhas say you are Buddha yourself!

To become a Buddha means to return to your original untainted true self (your innate nature)!

It is not to seek something external. It is to recognise our innate Buddha nature and walk the path of awakening.

A Buddha is not a god who controls others. A Buddha is one who has purified the mind, let go of attachments, and realised the truth of the universe.

To practise Buddhism is to transform our inner world—which in turn transforms how we experience the outer world. (Extracted from 'The Theory of Life: Peace of Body, Mind, and Spirit' by Practitioner Su)

To become a Buddha is to transcend suffering and impermanence, and to live with unshakable kindness, purity and joy.

Once we awaken to our Buddha nature, we naturally embody infinite compassion, wisdom, and virtue. There is no longer a need to seek outwardly—peace & calm, purity, clarity, and resilience already reside within.

Why isn't Buddhism a religion?

In Buddhism, we do not worship any gods or place our hands in a particular god -- we do not believe in the existence of a supreme god.

Instead, we view all sentient beings as fundamentally equal in nature; the only distinction lies in whether one is caught in delusion or has awakened to truth.

Sentient beings of various dimensional spaces -- Buddhas in their respective Buddha Lands, heavenly beings, the Human realm, the Animal Realms, the ghost and hell realm -- The Buddha nature residing within all beings are fundamentally equal.

Therefore, we look inwards, to understand ourselves and to acknowledge our own Buddha nature. We also look outwards to look for a good teacher, a spiritual guidance whom we can reply upon in order to regain our Buddha nature.
