Thinking and not thinking are two extremes of thought.
Generally speaking, thoughts, ideas, and notions are often intertwined;

Those who think of themselves manifest an appearance and magnetic field of selfishness and self-protection.
When interacting with them, if there is the slightest disagreement with their views or ideas,

even when there is rebuttal and anger,

all is thinking of the Buddha, remembering the Buddha, and chanting the Buddha,
"Remembering the Buddha and chanting the Buddha, one will surely see the Buddha, either now or in the future."
The magnificent benefits of the obtained when chanting in this way surpass thinking of oneself or thinking of beings,
its effect of purifying , heart, and spirit allows one to naturally know how to respond when meeting people,
and know how to handle matters when they arise,
which is a reaction of sensitive awareness.
