Once the Amituofo Village at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is constructed, it will certainly be able to assist many helpless individuals who do not know where to turn. They will be able to reside there, and their days will no longer be spent in vain, passing one by one without purpose. Instead, they will have a clear direction, preparing for their migration to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.

August 14, 2018. My name is Guan Youxing, and I lived in Hong Kong. Several years ago, I met an untimely end. A sudden, sharp pain in my heart led to a loss of consciousness, and I passed away. Following my death, I descended into the hells to suffer. During my life, I had been active in a Taoist temple, providing financial support and holding a position of responsibility. I believed I was performing virtuous deeds, yet the leaders of that organisation were secretly engaging in acts that violated their conscience. Because I failed to discern the truth, I was burdened by the laws of karma and cause and effect, and I had to endure the suffering of the hells to repay my debts.

The True Meaning of Deliverance and Karmic Affinity

It was only through the compassionate intervention of Practitioner Su, whom my wife encountered, that I was rescued from that state of profound suffering. Now, I dwell within the Western Land of Dharma Nature at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. This place serves as a sacred waystation, a preparation ground for those destined for the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Here, I listen to the Dharma, deepen my understanding of the Western Pure Land, and make the sincere vow to be reborn there. During the Dharma assemblies and the sessions of Chao Du, I am able to be guided towards the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Such a magnificent opportunity is truly difficult to encounter in millions of years. This is what true deliverance entails. Otherwise, if the living spend money on rituals that do not reach the deceased person, the departed receive no real benefit. This is not worth it!

Before I passed, I spent my life searching for a genuine way to save the world and help others. I searched in the wrong directions, which led to the loss of my precious life. It was only after I had passed away that I encountered the practitioners of the Pure Land school, Practitioner Su, and the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. I cherish this karmic affinity deeply. Today, my two children are also following this path of purification and practice. I hope they will realise their true self, see the value of life, and manifest their innate potential to save themselves and all beings connected by karmic affinity, helping them to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Without this, one comes into this human world empty-handed and leaves empty-handed, carrying nothing but a heavy burden of karmic fruits. This is a truly terrifying prospect!

A Sanctuary for the Lost: The Vision of Amituofo Village

Once the Amituofo Village at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is constructed, it will certainly be able to assist many helpless individuals who do not know where to turn. They will be able to reside there, and their days will no longer be spent in vain, passing one by one without purpose. Instead, they will have a clear direction, preparing for their migration to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. I sincerely hope that my mother, my wife, my family, and all those who possess the necessary blessings will be able to join the Amituofo Village. By doing so, they will secure their path to rebirth in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, ensuring that their lives are never lived in vain!
