The human body is the universe. Within the universe, there are many planets and spaces, and within space, there are further spaces.
Many beings exist within these planets and countless spaces,
the physical world—wishing to be as free as the wind, mountains & rivers, as well as flowers, plants, and trees, are also part of the planets.
Different planets have different beings, and beings of the six realms of rebirth dwell within them.
The internal organs are composed of countless cells. If one cell is equivalent to one planet,
then this body is a universe formed by countless planets.
Cells are composed of many molecules, each with different functions and roles,
just like the different beings on a planet, each performing their own duties.
Different planets carry different magnetic fields.
When the universe of the entire body is in a state where positive magnetic fields outweigh negative ones,
manifests a positive, healthy, and stable aura.
The cells of the body have states of activity, inactivity, waking, and sleeping,
and cells that are about to decay or reach the end of their lifespan are like planets about to enter destruction.
Some cells appear to have good vitality and spirit, being in a state of vigorous activity and sufficient energy,
much like newborn, young planets, where the inhabitants are in a state of vitality and health.
The human body is the universe. Every planet in the universe began in a different era,
and has different ways of existing, just like cells; each cell has its function and plays
a different role.
Some have long lifespans, others have short ones;
some belong to a state of new birth, others to a state of aging.
Those with open eyes can see that in every pore of the body, there are beings from different eras,
and within the countless pores of the body, there exist spiritual lives from countless eras.
Viewed in this way, this body is truly a vast universe.
In this state, how can one maintain the body in stability, harmony, and even prevent aging and illness?
By putting in the work from the heart and being able to chant one Buddha's name to the end,
allowing the Body-Mind-Spirit to be in a state of stability and peace at all times.
Do not give rise to anger, for anger will cause cells to attack one another, rapidly leading to disease,
deterioration, aging, or death.
Cells have their own and are also controlled by karma.
For those with a , all cells of the body are composed of beings of karma,
meaning the entire body is composed of karma. If one wishes to transform karma, one must put in the work from the heart.
Prostrations, chanting the Buddha's name, and reciting the Sutras are methods to dissolve spiritual obstacles, which can help the body maintain stability,
balance, and a peaceful state.
Educating the cells and the beings within our bodies is an important lesson.
If the cells are good, what this body manifests will be a rosy complexion, Goodness, and vitality;
if the cells are aging, the whole body will show signs of old age, deformity, and illness.
Is this body ultimately dominated by karma, or is it dominated by the Goodness, , and Wisdom (Prajna) manifested by the heart?
This tests the Wisdom (Prajna) of practitioners.
The human body is the universe. May everyone manage this heart well, for that is managing this body well;
it is also the time for the cells within the body and sentient beings connected by karmic affinity to transform their karma towards Goodness.

Teachings by Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju: Be cautious of your thoughts; one must be careful with one's thoughts. People are accustomed to thinking, and their thoughts are scattered, making it difficult to achieve meditative concentration or purification.
