The temple is a sacred space where monastics gather to live and practise the path together. Within this environment, we follow established and guidelines that ensure our collective progress. When you receive help or care from others, you must never forget to express your sincere gratitude. Do not fall into the trap of thinking that such kindness is something the other person is obligated to provide. Gratitude is the essential foundation of a harmonious community.
