The suffering of sentient beings is truly beyond words. We drift through the cycle of birth and death, life after life, like a boat lost on an endless, turbulent ocean. We have wandered through the six realms of rebirth for countless aeons, carrying the heavy burden of our past deeds. In each lifetime, we take on different roles and face different circumstances: sometimes we are born into wealth and comfort, only to be blinded by the ; at other times, we are born into poverty and hardship, struggling to survive. We have experienced lifetimes filled with fleeting pleasures and lifetimes defined by deep, lingering pain. Yet, whether we are laughing or weeping, we remain trapped in the cycle of samsara.
The trials of life often arrive in a single, fleeting moment, yet they feel like long, arduous changes that span decades. In reality, these lifetimes are merely a series of brief, temporary pauses in our long journey. We often become so attached to our current identity—our name, our status, our family, and our possessions—that we forget our true nature. We treat these temporary roles as if they were permanent, failing to realise that they are as transient as floating clouds and a light breeze.
My child, you must learn to see this clearly. Reflect on your past actions and the choices you have made. How will you change your path now? You must not remain trapped in the same old patterns of confusion and attachment. Instead, you should use these experiences to find awakening and true liberation. The Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way are always present, waiting for you to turn your heart toward them.
The trials of life are tests of your resolve. Can you let go of your attachments? Can you release the heavy burdens of the past? Including this very moment, are you truly awake? You must practise the , Concentration, and Wisdom to purify your body, mind, and spirit. By chanting , you can leave suffering behind and find true happiness. Do not let another moment pass in vain. Return to your original nature and prepare for your rebirth in the of Ultimate Bliss. Namo Amituofo.
