The Swiftness of Compassion

We are all familiar with the legendary Somersault Cloud of Sun Wukong. In the stories, he would step onto this cloud and flip back and forth, moving at incredible speeds to reach his destination in an instant. Today, we witness a similar, yet far more profound, phenomenon. Practitioner Su remains constantly by the side of Namo Amituofo. With bare feet, Practitioner Su flips somersaults that allow him to cross the heavenly realms in a single motion. Through his Dharma Body, he enters the vast void and traverses the Milky Way. Together with Namo Amituofo, he receives and delivers infinite suffering beings. This is truly an inconceivable event.

Transcending the Limits of Time and Space

From this, we can realise that the physical distance covered is only one aspect of the journey. The true priority is the heart that seeks to help all beings leave suffering behind and find happiness. This mission is not restricted by the external environment. It is a power that breaks through the limitations of time and space. For those who are dedicated to saving beings, the heart and actions must race against time itself. Even the speed of a somersault cannot compare to the urgency of this compassionate work.

The Inner Path to Awakening

The minds of sentient beings are difficult to grasp, for they are constantly changing. This is because beings possess a human body, which can undergo various transformations according to the desires of the heart. When one sees oneself through different external appearances, the mind follows these external conditions and seeks satisfaction outside of the self. However, for those who are truly dedicated to saving beings, the focus must be different. Because the heart is set on salvation, one must look inward. We must diligently practise to elevate the essence of our own spirit and strive to become an awakened being as soon as possible.

Everything for the Sake of All Beings

We protect our Body-Mind-Spirit so that, during the process of Chao Du, our physical and spiritual selves can work in perfect harmony. We flip these spiritual somersaults not for personal gain, but to work alongside the Buddha with the greatest possible speed to save all beings. Everything we do is for the sake of others.
