When one reaches the state of No-Mind, the constant fluctuations of the heart cease. Without the interference of a grasping ego, how could there be any room for comparison or the calculation of gain and loss? When the mind is truly still, the dualistic of good and bad, superior and inferior, or right and wrong simply dissolve. These are merely projections of a mind that has not yet found its centre.
In this world, we are surrounded by a myriad of phenomena. Because we possess a heart that is still attached to , we create a sense of 'I' that stands in opposition to everything else. However, if you can clearly perceive the truth of reality, you will realise that these phenomena are like illusions—they are not truly real. Once you understand this, your true self-nature will naturally manifest. You must then learn to let go of the ordinary, grasping heart and enter the state of No-Mind, where only the truth remains, free from all falsehood.
What does it mean to be in a state of No-Mind? It means to be free from the sense of self and free from selfishness. When you are free from the self and free from selfishness, how can there be any room for ego-attachment? Consider the many burdens that weigh down the practitioner:
By letting go of these attachments, you move beyond the limitations of the ego. You no longer act to satisfy the self, but instead, you act with a heart that is solely for the benefit of all beings. This is the true meaning of sacrificing oneself for others.
When you enter the state of No-Mind, you enter the realm of emptiness. In this emptiness, all things are illuminated with clarity, and there is nothing to which you can cling. This is the path to rediscovering your original, true self-nature. By practising this, you will eventually leave suffering behind and find true happiness, walking firmly upon the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. .
