In the journey of spiritual practice, endurance is the foundation upon which all progress is built. Just as a small tree must withstand the relentless buffeting of wind and the soaking of heavy rain to eventually grow into a towering, majestic tree, so too must the practitioner endure the trials of life. It is only through such resilience that one can break through the barriers of the ego and take meaningful steps forward on the path to .
The world is often filled with harsh words, slander, and disrespectful criticism. To walk the path of the Buddha, one must learn to remain steadfast in the face of these external pressures. When you can maintain your without faltering, even when provoked, you open the door to profound spiritual growth. Through this steadfastness, you will naturally attain meditative concentration and wisdom. This allows you to remain unswayed by external circumstances and grants you the clarity to resolve the difficulties that others find insurmountable.

A dedicated practitioner who is willing to accept spiritual attachment and take on the suffering of these beings demonstrates the highest form of . This is the mark of one who has truly let go of the ego, acting with the great fearlessness required to realise one's true nature and attain Buddhahood.

Even when faced with these, you must maintain an unmoved mind. Whether you are disturbed by external demons or internal afflictions, you must respond with compassion, wisdom, and a heart that is free from attachment. By doing so, you will subdue demonic enemies and attain the subtle and wonderful Dharma.
