How many precious lives have already slipped through the fingers of time, lost to the endless cycle of rebirth? Of the time you have been granted in this existence, how much remains that you can truly use for your spiritual practice? Worldly people often fail to realise the true value of their existence. They squander their days, letting moments flow away like water, never pausing to cherish the gift of this human life. When the end finally arrives and life is extinguished, there will be no door left to open, and no path left to take. In the deep, grey shadows of the afterlife, who can save whom? You may call out for help, but if your heart is not in sync with the Buddha, your cries will echo into the void, unanswered.
Yet, today, there is hope. Through the compassionate intervention of Practitioner Su, the light of salvation is offered to those lost in the darkness. We know that the spirits of sentient beings are enduring immense suffering. They have been trapped in the cycle of rebirth for hundreds of thousands of kalpas, searching for an exit that they cannot find. Their future incarnations seem to stretch on without end, a cycle of suffering that repeats across lifetimes. But now, you have the rare opportunity to hear the sound of the Buddha’s teachings. The affinity for rebirth in the is incredibly precious. It is not an encounter that one meets by chance in every lifetime. I counsel you all: leave this suffering behind immediately. Do not linger in the cycle of rebirth any longer. If you let this opportunity slip away, it will be difficult to encounter such a path again.
