A Buddha is the Great Awakened One, who has fully realised the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way of all existence. Those who are awakened see the Truth; this is the true self. When one’s wisdom matures to see the void, one realises the state of . The nature of the is infinite and eternal. Wherever there is suffering, those who are lost must awaken.
The awakened heart is a heart without attachment; it dwells only in the present moment. Every instant passes in a flash, and the present moment slips away. Yet, when the next moment arrives, it is once again the present. If you remain in the present at all times, you will be awakened at all times. By maintaining this constant awareness, you can perceive and dissolve your confusion.
Through this constant state of awareness, you can let go of your personal views and attachments. You will have no self-centred perspective, possessing only the Buddha-heart and engaging in Buddha-actions. involves the clarity of the mind, the purity of the heart, and the ability to distinguish the true from the false, the real from the illusory. Before you reach this state of full Awakening, you must engage in diligent practice. Once you are awakened, there is no self left; everything you do is for the sake of all beings.
To realise that nothingness is the Truth and existence is an illusion is the key. While this physical body is ultimately an illusion, it is priceless. Why is it so valuable?
