Understanding Namo Amituofo and the Forty-eight Great Vows

The world of dust holds no ultimate truth, and the current era lacks true sincerity. I, , have come today to reveal the Way to all sentient beings. The spirits are currently in confusion, and the souls of many are without proper guidance. We must work together to create a place of peace where the heart can be nurtured and settled in meditative concentration.
In Taiwan and Hong Kong, we must establish dedicated places of practice. These sanctuaries will allow the spirits to find peace and provide a clear path for them to cultivate. As we live in this dusty world, we must open the path to the light. Taiwan is a precious land, and we shall hold a great assembly there to mark this beginning.
I call upon all righteous practitioners to assist in this construction. Namo Amituofo is building a temple—a Taiwan branch of the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre. It is not about the size of the building, but about the sincerity of the heart. We do this to nourish the hearts of all beings, so that we may all be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
This is a call to action. We must gather the sincerity of the multitude. Regardless of your financial capacity, your faith is what matters most. Cultivation in Australia and cultivation in Taiwan are equally important. Hong Kong also has its own and its own place in this mission. The location in Taiwan is ready, awaiting the protection of the Dharma. Namo Amituofo personally imparts this, and thus expresses this intent. I hope all will succeed in planting the seeds of this Dharma temple, spreading the Dharma, and expanding the heart of the Dharma.
The Buddha has arrived. I wish for all to propagate the Dharma and to proclaim the wonderful meaning of the Pure Land teachings. The power of the Dharma is beyond the mind, and the medicine of the Dharma cures all suffering. I am the Great Physician, saving the suffering spirits of the world. If you have the power to act, even if financial resources are uncertain, give according to your means—plant your seeds in the field of merit.
To hold the Dharma assembly and establish the branch, we must gather the necessary resources. First, secure the place, then speak of expansion. Do not change your resolve; let your Faith, Vows, and Practice be the strength that brings success. We must purify and nourish every single practitioner. In the future, we vow to follow the Buddha and be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
The Pure Land is the way to calm the heart. I wish for you to walk this path with me. I am here now, following the Buddha's vow to save all. I vow to follow the work of saving those in suffering. If you hear my voice, let your heart understand. Namo Amituofo, the true essence of the Buddha's land.
Follow the Buddha's vow to be born; follow the Buddha's vow to succeed. Prepare to establish the temple, no matter where it may be. Faith is essential. Faith, Vows, and Practice bring success. I know the Dharma; seek the Pure Land with your heart. It is not about external paths; the heart possesses it naturally. Seeing the Dharma, you know the purity, and the cycle of rebirth ends.
Avalokiteshvara and I are the protectors of this home. We look forward to seeing your offerings and your good deeds in the human world. Good deeds are miraculous. I will help cast and build this centre of Pure Land Dharma, where Namo Amituofo's teachings are proclaimed. The Buddha's intent is clear. I hope all Buddha-disciples will vigorously support the building of this Dharma path. Namo Amituofo, propagate the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss and proclaim the Pure Land teachings. Recorded by the Buddha's disciple, Shi Faxi.
