One does not ask whether they want to do this work; they simply commit themselves to the task with unwavering resolve. This is the path of the Bodhisattva, where the welfare of others becomes the primary focus of one's existence.

Subduing Obstacles on the Path

A true navigator must have the ability and the power of merit to subdue demonic enemies. Only through this strength can they effectively lead others. They must ensure that the journey follows the course set by the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. By adhering strictly to these standards, the guide ensures that the entire community remains on the correct trajectory, heading steadily toward the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
