Attachments to , , thoughts, emotions, and ,
are all causes that trigger fluctuations of the heart,
which will attract the manifestation of , , external beings, and spiritual attachments from demon crowds,
therefore, one must avoid and sever them.
Heart waves originate from the heart, and this heart can come from the heart of one's own true self,
or from the hearts of other beings.
If this heart comes from the hearts of other beings, it means the true self cannot act as the master,
at this time, the state of the Body-Mind-Spirit is controlled by other beings, namely karmic creditors, external beings, or
demon crowds.
This body is a universe, and there are countless beings within it.
The heart of the in the human world is governed by the true self,
and depending on the quality of the true self's spirit, one lives out different lives.
If one is experiencing the manifestation of karma, it may be that karmic creditors are acting as the master,
then the Body, Speech, and Mind will manifest the situations of and the causes and effects within that karma.
Heart fluctuations will trigger the operation of karma; if the heart does not fluctuate, it will not trigger the manifestation of karma.
This is easy to say, but for people in the world, it is not an easy task.
This is because from birth until now,
even during sleep, the heart is in a state of fluctuation.
At this time, although the body is in a state of relaxation and rest,
the heart waves are still continuing, which is why one enters dreams or falls into a state of drifting into other spaces.
Every time one enters a space,
one may be entering different spaces or different realms.
The consciousness produced—if one is clear in their consciousness—can still be clearly remembered upon waking,
such as terrifying dreams, joyful dreams, or thrilling dreams.
Most people do not remember the dreams they have or the situations they encounter when entering spaces during sleep at night,
but this does not mean that the state of entering dreams or spaces does not exist,
and the consciousness produced does exist; these fluctuations will all stain the pure heart.
Therefore, a practitioner with great cultivation, when sleeping at night,
remains in a state of awareness, with the heart dwelling in the pure state of the Buddha-name;
and an awakened being has already transformed their karma, is no longer controlled by karma,
meaning they are not subject to the suffering of aging, sickness, and death within karma, and can be clearly aware,
their heart remaining in a state of immovable meditative concentration.
Heart waves can be transformed, stopped, and even brought to a state of no waves; this is the skill of practice.
