If you possess true , you will naturally cherish every minute and second of your life. You will seek your true self and strive to return to your original nature, which is inherently pure and luminous.
The quality of our existence is determined by the focus of our minds. Every thought of the Buddha is Namo Amituofo, bringing us closer to the of Ultimate Bliss. Conversely, every thought of —driven by ego and desire—is the suffering of all beings. Whether you are walking with Namo Amituofo or wandering among suffering beings, it all stems from the heart.
