The Endurance of a Compassionate Heart

During the harsh winter, most people prefer to stay indoors, seeking warmth and shelter from the biting cold. Yet, Practitioner Su remains steadfast in his dedication. For the sake of the Dharma assembly and to ensure that the fourfold assembly of disciples has everything they need—from food and clothing to the necessities of daily life—he continues to venture out into the cold. He travels to procure supplies, ensuring that nothing is lacking within the temple. His actions are a testament to a heart that prioritises the well-being of others above his own comfort.

Unwavering Devotion Amidst Misunderstanding

Even though Namo Amituofo truly abides at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, many people have yet to recognise or accept this profound reality. However, this lack of recognition does not diminish the great compassion of Practitioner Su, who has realised his true nature. His commitment remains absolute. Through his Dharma Body, his work of Chao Du reaches deeper, further, and wider than most can comprehend. He works tirelessly to save countless suffering spirits, helping them leave suffering behind and find the path to liberation.

The Power of the Awakened Being

Practitioner Su is an awakened being who possesses the true skills to travel freely back to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This is not merely a concept; it is a living, breathing reality. Through his Dharma Body, he performs Chao Du, guiding sentient beings into the golden light of the Buddha. In the thick fog of confusion, countless lonely spirits are rescued. This is truly the manifestation of the infinite compassion of the Buddha. Fearless of the biting cold of winter, Practitioner Su continues to stride forward with great courage. He is a giant of the spirit, a true warrior on the path of enlightenment.

A Beacon in the Darkness

How could an ordinary mind, bound by worldly concerns, truly understand or fathom such a heart? It is precisely because of this profound depth that he can stand firm in the bitter winter without ever retreating. He ensures that even in the darkest, coldest times, sentient beings can still perceive the Buddha-light. Because of his efforts, they do not become lost in the darkness, but instead receive the grace of Chao Du and find their way home. Namo Amituofo.
