Where does this suffering of body and heart truly come from? It arises from your own attachments and the weight of your past actions. However, if you are willing to let go, your body can be liberated from its burdens, and your heart can be set free from its chains. This is the path to true peace.
Everything is equal in the eyes of the Buddha. Therefore, you must continue your diligent practice with a steady heart. To reach the state of an awakened being is truly wonderful, for it is the natural return to your original, pure nature. Namo Amituofo.
