Understanding Namo Amituofo and the Forty-eight Great Vows

On the seventeenth of September, 2017, the disciple Shi Faxin respectfully invited to provide compassionate teachings. Namo Amituofo responded with words that illuminate the nature of our existence.
The universe is composed of infinite layers of space, containing boundless possibilities. When this truth permeates the human world, we begin to realise that the life we lead is often filled with endless suffering. We are trapped in a cycle of confusion, unable to see beyond the immediate pains of our daily existence.
How, then, can we find the right path? The answer lies in the process of removing the dross and selecting the essence. We must learn to discard the impurities of our thoughts and actions, keeping only that which is pure and true. When we do this, we can live without the heavy burden of regret or worry. As we purify our hearts, the light of the Buddha begins to shine upon the earth, bringing warmth and clarity to all.
When the winds are gentle and the rain is timely, it is a sign that we have corrected our past mistakes. However, in the midst of our constant discriminations, we find that there is never a moment of true, lasting stillness. We must learn to let go of these mental barriers to find peace.
The Buddhas gather in the Fragrant Light, all because of the profound sincerity of Practitioner Su. This sincerity has moved Namo Amituofo to truly abide at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre. His presence here is a beacon of hope, dedicated to helping all beings find their way to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
The suffering of spirits is now manifest, and they are in great need of guidance. Fortunately, there is a wonderful destination available to them: the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, where the light of the Buddha shines upon the world. Because people are often lost in confusion, they find it difficult to believe in this path. Yet, this is not the time to be discouraged. You only need to take a bold step forward in your practice.
There will surely come a day when the lotus flower blooms and you see the Buddha face to face. Wait for that day, when you return freely to the Western Pure Land. Namo Amituofo abides here, waiting for his children to see him. There will be a day when we speak to each other face to face, and all suffering will be left behind. This teaching was recorded by the Buddha's disciple, Shi Faxin.
