Disciple Practitioner Su:
My Buddha of great , regarding the suffering of beings in the hells, I beseech the Buddha for compassionate teachings.
Amitabha Buddha's discourse:
Compassion, , and Selfless Giving keep one far from the hells; ignorance, greed, and stinginess ignite the fires of anger, and entering the hells means nothing is accomplished.
Regardless of one's merits in life, upon death, one enters based on one's deeds.
Those awaiting rescue suffer the greatest of sufferings; only the power of the Buddha can save them from the agony of having their hearts and internal organs torn out.
All who enter the hells feel it in their bodies, sharing in the suffering and finding no peace.
The sound of the Buddha's name chanting dissolves all suffering; believe in the Buddha and the Buddha-name to save one from all difficulties; you must remember this well and never forget.
