A Reunion in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss

This is a record of an interview with Mr. Lin Wansheng and Mrs. Lin Cai Lianfeng, the parents of Lay Practitioner Lin Wenzhu, who sought deliverance at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia. They now reside in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. This account was recorded by the chief writer, Venerable HaiZe, on October 5, 2019, at 11:34 AM.

Mr. Lin Wansheng and Mrs. Lin Cai Lianfeng speak:

"Namo Amituofo. I am Lin Wansheng, and this is my wife, Lin Cai Lianfeng. Wenzhu, my son! It is your father, Lin Wansheng, speaking to you. Your mother asked me to do the talking for both of us. She is currently standing there with her mouth wide open, staring in awe at this place—this is exactly what you have always called the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss!"

From the Depths of Suffering to the Light

"After I passed away, I endured such a difficult, arduous time. I never imagined that I would be able to escape that place. The hells are absolutely terrifying! I had no idea that dying would lead to such a consequence, but all of that is in the past now. There is no point in dwelling on it. Everything is so wonderful here now; even the suffering I endured before feels like a small price to pay for this outcome."

A Message to Our Son

"Wenzhu, look at you! Your hair is completely white. When you were a young man, your hair was as black as gold, but now you have truly aged. We know that it was only by coming here and encountering Practitioner Su that you were able to save your mother and me. You must express our deepest gratitude to Practitioner Su on our behalf."

A Legacy of Faith for Our Descendants

"We heard that our dear grandson is going to become a monastic! This is the greatest honour for our Lin family. This place is the domain of Namo Amituofo; everywhere you look, there is brilliant golden light. We hope that in the future, he will be just like Practitioner Su, saving countless people and continuing to guide us as well. This is something that must be passed down to all our descendants: they must know that the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss exists, that Namo Amituofo exists, and that Practitioner Su is here in this world, actively saving sentient beings. Thank you!"
