During the and the Noon Offering, we reflect deeply upon the nature of our existence. In the natural world, the wind rises, always bringing with it a sense of coolness and clarity. Whether the wind is gentle or biting, it follows the currents of your heart. When your body encounters these shifting currents, you experience their touch, and it is within these very sensations that is born. Why not simply let go and allow the wind to pass by?
Everything you encounter in this life arises and ceases according to conditions. We often sigh at the coming and going of these conditions, much like the shifting winds that blow across the earth. Life and death are, in truth, but a fleeting moment—no longer than a snap of the fingers. In the dream of life, where does the wind go? Suddenly, a call comes from afar.
It is our compassionate Father, , protecting our journey. He calls out to us, urging us not to be swept away by the winds of karma. The cycle of being reincarnated is like the wind, drifting without a fixed destination. Whether it pleases your heart or brings you sorrow, it remains the same—a transient force that offers no lasting refuge.
All these experiences are illusions, lacking any true or permanent substance. You must awaken quickly and abandon your confusion. Seek to rediscover your original self and see your true nature.
