"Not of this world" refers to that which cannot be found in the worldly realm.
In the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss, when beings of the Western Land travel to the Buddha lands of the Ten Directions (of the Realm) to listen to the Dharma,
the offerings of fragrant flowers, banners, and jewelled canopies are not of this world;
they are magnificent and dignified, unseen in the world, and truly extraordinary.
They are the manifestation of Amitabha’s true self, prepared for the beings of the Western Land to offer to the Buddhas when they visit the Buddha lands,
ensuring that the beings of the Western Land lack nothing for their practice.
In the worldly realm during the age of the Dharma’s decline, practice is not easy,
because constant demonic disturbances obstruct practice, making it difficult for -Mind-Spirit to remain focused,
or because one’s personality manifests, leading to difficulty in cultivating (Discipline), Concentration and Wisdom, and making the Five Precepts and Ten Good Deeds hard to follow.
Therefore, for the fourfold assembly (monks, nuns, laymen, laywomen) who are able to practise in this of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia,
because Practitioner Su is able to subdue demonic enemies, allowing the fourfold assembly to practise in an environment free from the fear of demonic disturbances,
this situation is "not of this world."
The Pure Land and spiritual education of the Buddha’s teachings learned at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre are "not of this world,"
practised within the temple, and also introduced to the public and passed on to the next generation.
Furthermore, by internalising the Wisdom (Prajna), , mind-capacity, and tolerance of the Buddha’s teachings as part of one’s own being, they manifest naturally.
That Practitioner Su is able to subdue so many demonic obstacles is also "not of this world."
This is a good opportunity for the demon crowds to leave suffering behind, see the light, and surrender to Amitabha.
However, at this time, Amitabha truly abides at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, which is "not of this world."
This is a magnificent time for diligent practice and one’s true self,
the true self that everyone inherently possesses is present in all beings.
Practice is the development of the inherent abilities within the true self—one's instincts,
and one's latent abilities—potential,
as well as a good opportunity to chant Buddha's name and be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
May all beings be able to seize this rare opportunity.
