Expanding the Reach of the Dharma

The Buddha’s teachings are brought to the world through lectures and the propagation of the Dharma, providing a vital education for all sentient beings. Every being possesses the opportunity to listen to the sutras and hear the Dharma; however, the degree to which one can absorb and integrate these teachings varies significantly. This capacity is deeply connected to the laws of karma and cause and effect that each individual carries within their own life stream.

The Foundation of Understanding

Therefore, the practice of purification is essential. It serves as a foundation that helps you to learn, understand, and truly embody the profound meanings taught by the Buddha and the masters. When you engage in this purification, you are better equipped to expand the reach of the Buddha’s teachings and the Pure Land path. By doing so, you allow more people to receive the transformative influence of the Dharma. More importantly, you assist others in their journey toward Awakening, helping them to rediscover their true self.

A Beacon of Light at Hsiang Kuang

It is not enough for this to be known only within the Dharma Realm or by the spirits; it is vital that the human world also comes to understand this. The Path of Awakening and Salvation

The experience of Awakening attained by Practitioner Su, along with his profound ability to perform Chao Du, must also be shared. By making these experiences known, more people can witness the reality of Awakening. This process begins with the benefits of purification, which then leads one to continue following the path, eventually opening the door to the opportunity for one’s own Awakening.

The Great Work of Compassion

The Wisdom of those who have realised their true nature, and the flexible, skilful use of the Dharma Body, are displayed in a series of compassionate acts to save the world and rescue sentient beings. Through this work, countless sentient beings and demon crowds are saved from their suffering. This is the natural way of the universe, unfolding in perfect harmony. It is a path built upon complete faith in the Buddha and faith in one’s own true self. This is the great cultivation of those who have attained Awakening, and it is a path that the fourfold assembly should strive to emulate.
