My children, the Buddha’s teachings are the of the heart. Everything in your life begins with the heart. This Dharma of the heart is formless, colourless, and tasteless, yet it possesses the profound ability to govern all things. It contains infinite energy within it. If you can truly understand your heart, use it with Goodness, and regulate it until you reach the state of no-mind, you will allow your heart to manifest its greatest potential.
Your true self is infinite and boundless. However, you are often limited by your physical body, trapped by the cycle of being reincarnated and the weight of your , and entangled by your own personality traits until you can barely breathe. These are the barriers that prevent you from seeing your original nature. To break through these limitations, you must focus on the essential work of inner transformation.
You must be willing to change your personality traits and cultivate a heart that is humble and modest. This is the foundation of your practice. You must commit to the purification of your body, mind, and spirit. By choosing to see the Goodness, think the Goodness, and do the Goodness, you allow your heart to gradually reveal its original capabilities and true appearance. This is what it means to truly enrich your inner self. When you achieve this, your heart will be able to operate and breathe freely, no longer controlled by the heavy influence of your past karma.
Before you reach the state of an awakened being, you must engage in constant, diligent practice. Every change you make brings your heart closer to your true self. This process of continuous refinement is the very essence of enriching your inner self. As you walk this path, you will begin to feel a profound sense of stillness and stability within your heart. This inner peace will naturally guide your body, allowing you to live without anxiety, agitation, worry, or suffering.
This is the process of how we transform karma. When your heart is transformed, your body and your entire life will follow suit. This is the true meaning of transforming karma—to reach a state where you are no longer obstructed or disturbed by the interference of karmic forces. When you reach this point, you are truly entering the state of an awakened being. May you all continue to chant Namo Amituofo with sincerity and diligence.
