The practice of chanting the Buddha-name should be continuous and without end. While you currently possess this human body, you must not allow time to slip away without engaging in this sacred practice. You must seize this precious opportunity while you still possess a human body to chant . You must commit to chant one Buddha's name to the end, without hesitation or pause.

Through this dedicated practice, you will find that the of Ultimate Bliss is no longer a distant dream, but is right before your eyes. In every single thought, there should be nothing but the Buddha-name. By maintaining this state of mind, you will move far away from the suffering of birth, aging, sickness, and death. The bright, luminous light of your true self will begin to shine clearly within your heart. Once this light is revealed, your will manifest, empowering you to engage in the noble work of saving the world and rescuing all suffering beings. Namo Amituofo.
