南無阿彌陀佛
Our History
香光淨土佛學中心的建立,不僅是為了護持佛法,更是透過真誠的連結與用心的修行來傳承佛陀的教導。這份安靜而強大的奉獻,必將綻放出更加燦爛的光芒。

Our FaithIntroduction
淨土宗建立在真信、切願與力行的基礎之上。
What is Buddhism
We hold sincere faith in Amitabha Buddha—his infinite light, boundless compassion, and the Forty-eight Great Vows made to lead all beings who call upon his name with a sincere heart. His Pure Land is not a distant heaven, but a living reality that all who believe can reach.
About the Temple
Beyond faith, we also cultivate a sincere and firm vow to be reborn in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. This vow is the foundation of all practice, turning our deepest aspirations away from worldly attachment and towards ultimate liberation.
Pure Land Practice
Single-mindedly reciting "Namo Amituofo"—whether through silent contemplation, group chanting, or daily practice—is the primary method of Pure Land practice. Each Buddha-name purifies the heart, accumulates merit, and strengthens our Causal Conditions with Amitabha Buddha.
Deliverance Dharma assembly
Understand the profound significance and scope of the Deliverance Dharma assembly held at Hsiang Kuang Pure Land—where sentient beings from all realms receive guidance to transcend suffering and be reborn in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss.
